And the solution is to eat less and burn off more with physical activity.

After all, it is your daily eating habits that will shape your body, health, energy level, skin – and determine your looks in general. It is your total life style that will be your fountain of youth – or the opposite.

Honestly, I am sure you know what is No-no, maybe – and Yes, yes foods and drinks.
So, put on your best music to get you moving, have the bin ready – and go!! Clear out the shelves, the fridge, the freezer – wash and reorganize!
